i do not know if this was a Mexico trate, or a model issue, or if the sloop had some trim perks that were ordered, or if possibly the 32 Aft Cabin model had been redone over the years, but in examine them close, one finds differences.
The bathroom and closet door on the Aft Cabin ( the factory did not refer to the center cockpit model as a Ketch, but rather "Aft Cabin" model ((( for anyone interested))) and the Aft Cabin model could be sold as a single masted sailboat or a Mizzen)
............where was I, o yes, closet door is plain plywood with a nice piece of vaneer on both sides, but the sloop, is all nicely framed with teak or another hard wood.
Likewise with drawers in cabinets and cabinet doors.
The bathroom is molded fiberglass on the floor, beneath the head, to allow the use of a shower head in the room, whereas the floor is leveled in the head on the Aft Cabim model with plain painted plywood. Possibly an option for the shower upgrade.
Both sailboats are showing some interesting differences.
I have taken detailed measurements of the sloop, and I will take likewise measurement of the Aft Cabin model when I get her back from the diesel shop.
