| That is right, 38" deep. My draft is over 40" deep. That is bad math. So, if it does not rain/snow a bunch this winter, I will be dredging my slip. | |

| Can you just dredge where you are?
Where I am you have to first hire a biologist to study the area and give you an environmental impact statement. Then you can apply for the permits. If your impact on the environment is not too great, you can dredge.
The process takes 1-2 years depending on your location. | |
