| After having gutted the interior of my own boat, a CM26, and rebuilding all the cabinets and woodwork and electrical wiring, I can really appreciate the workmanship and time you put into your vessel. Thanks for the photos!! I have to say, every time I see photos from other owners, I see a little detail I can steal - I like the mast support for transport that fits into the saddle. Nothing more than a couple pieces of 2X4 but an idea I will certainly use myself!! Thanks again and congrats for the craftsmanship!! terry s. | |

| What kind of paneling/plywood did you use for the cabinets? Thanks, MikeC | |

| I'm sure you're directing that question to Beauherbert but I thought I'd throw my two cents worth in - I built a frame using popular and then used 1/4" thick Luan plywood to cover the frame. This plywood is available at Home Depot stores and costs under $14.00 per 4X8 foot sheet. It's commonly used as floor underlayment and is somewhat water resistant as it comes. I covered all surfaces with West Systems resin (inside and outside of cabinets) to seal it well. As trim I used a trim, also available at your local Home Depot, made of resin. It's available in a variety of finishes (Walnut, Oak, Pine) and really easy to work with. I chose the pine as it contrasted well with the Luan Mahogany natural finish of the cabinet. I'll snap some photos and load then here in the next couple days. | |

| That is a good idea about the mast support with the 2x4's! KISS. Think I'll have to steal that one as well. | |
