I think looking at production numbers, that award goes to the CM26.
Good size to still trailer, and a good size to use in most any waters, from small lakes, to island adventures like Catalina or the Keys.
Just because larger boats were in the fleet of CM, don't discount the contribution all the Clipper Marine sailboats made to the world of sailing.
Whenever we go out on our sailboat, I always first cruse the docks to gaze at the other boats. Every brand of boat seems to be strutting their stuff saying look at me. Just love looking at sailboats.
