Yesterday I received a box from Jamestown, it was a quart of Tropical Teak Oil.
The oil was wrapped in cardboard around the can, very very very good idea!
Then it was placed in a double rated heavy duty box with lots of newspapers to keep it from rattling around in the box.
This spring, I received a box from Defender containing a gallon of $220 bottom paint.
Can was placed inside a thin plastic bag, and the can was placed in a light duty box with a light sprinkling of shipping material. Because of the packaging, the can of $220 bottom paint was crushed in on one side. A wonder it did not leak.
Jamestown wins the comparison for proper shipping of liquid cans of boating materials.
Jamestown also wins with one click shipping through Amazon, as well as having the best price!
