She has been a great boat, reliable, safe, inexpensive. Hope 2 sell her to folks that will keep her looking nice and sailing often. That's the best u can hope 4 when selling. Wife says she will miss that boat when sold...I agree. But we move forward. Met nice potential buyers today and worked out most matters at marina between slips.

That is great that you may not have to pull her. Like Forest Gump says: "One Less Thing".

Lets see, what will you miss?

Tiller steering? There must be a 12 step program for that.

When people ask what make is it, and you say CM, and they grin and say O.

Walking around below deck bent over 90 degrees at the hip.

When you need to use the wench to pull up the keel, wondering if you will be the next guy to hear odd sounds as your ballast heads to the bottom of the lake.

``````````````````````````````````````````````
What you will miss, is the ability to trailer sail anywhere, anytime. But sounds like you always slip anyway. In a slip, bigger is always better. IMHO
PostSubject: Still, nice boats, nice lines   met nice folks today EmptySun Apr 15, 2012 6:55 pm
Nonetheless, they're nice boats, nice lines, with an interesting history. I kept this this sailboat longer than any of the other 3 sailboats I've owned and sailed. That says something. sitting in the water, I'm off in no time, easy to rig, easy to sail. I'm moving on to another boat but whomever gets MT Nest will be getting a nice CM26. That's all. Nice boats.
Yes they are. & to prove how good they are, just walk up yo one and have a look at a 30 + year old boat. How many 30 year old boats are still in the water?
