We were the second boat on the docks this year, same as last year as I remember. Beat out the yacht club president by ten minutes, he says, but we never saw him that day. lol
We still have some things to do. Most easily seen is the main mast needs stepped. Waiting for a calm, warm day. Maybe tomorrow.
Anyone else step the mast while the boat is on the water? I think that is the easiest way.
We moved over one slip, so now we have deeper water, and a finder pier on each side. Those two perks cost an additional $325 a season. YIKES! I was afraid I would run aground, if we get another dry year.

Great pic Gary! I'd love to see a good close up once you get everything up! Our CM21 goes in for the first time tomorrow! We decided to get her in before completing the upgrades... Next season she will be Beautiful,.. for now, just a way to get out sailing sooner!

Video from last Summer.
Washing off the spider webs.
Our new slip is where the yellow sailboat is. They have taken the boat out about once a year most years, but last year, they never used it, so they decided to drop their slip. In my marina, getting a slip, usually means buying the boat to get the slip.
Every time I see my slip, last years, or my new improved model, I am pretty thankful.
It was very chilly out today with gusts of 30, hope tomorrow looks better.
Next weekend I have a full weekend of NRA classes, so no boating those days.

Here is how she looked as I purchased her, sight unseen, with a passing grade from the marine survey.
She needed a lot of cleaning, before I let her near the marina. She was an embarrassment, for sure.
