Sailing motif in my Cantina Empty
PostSubject: Sailing motif in my Cantina   Sailing motif in my Cantina EmptySun Apr 08, 2012 10:36 am

My wife commented yesterday that I am obsessed with sailing and anything nautical. She seriously asked if I had sailors in my family line...asked why I have to be around, on, or in water and boats and the marina and be online about it. Don't know. I just do!

The first pic below show photos in our cantina of Seattle, Puget Sound, and Lake Tahoe. Note the heel angle of the J111 in the photo of my wife in Puget sound last May. It's a still from that video I posted some time ago.

Photo # 2: More sailing and boat pics...and a close call. :-) Plus hanging dried chilis, fish lure, margarita clock, and corrugated aluminum for that semi-authentic 3rd world cantina feel.

Pic # 3: Boat wheel, fish neeting, tank

Pic 4: Sailboat pics near the ceiling in the Cantina

My wife accused me of being addicted to boats.
I searched endlessly for a 12 step program and found there are no programs for boat addiction. Therefore, I have concluded that if there is no help for this addiction then it must not exist. I have to remind her from time to time that my affinity for boats, sailing and anything nautical is in fact, not an addiction.
