Made contact with W.Butler and got a response. He stated drawings would have to be retrieved from storage and he will contact me when he determines what he has.

I have moved my boat to a large fenced yard at work where there will be plenty of room for working on her.

Discovered that the hose from one cockpit drain to through hull is missing (thru hull missing too) and last rain storm put several gallons of water below deck. Bought a bilge pump as MesquiteBean did not have one. Hooked it to a lawnmower batttery and the water was pumped out in about 3 minutes. trying to figure out a way to raise the boat, place it on jacks or equivilent to remove keel for repair (Keel & bottom glass near keel locker edge) Looks like keel wench & the support board for it will need attn. too. The support board is rottten/cracked at wench attachment point. Wench looks like a replacement & poor repair.

Washed the Bean with a good, heated power washer yesterday. WOW! What a difference! Removed all the scum and dirt. She looks great. Nice & bright! Will begin work on the panel that supports the winch for the keel. It is rotten. Need to remove keel for repair.

Looked at boat supports/jack stands on-line. They sure are proud of them! I can't believe how much they cost. For a stand? Anyway, found scaffoldmart . com. They have hot dipped galvanized stands for way less than all others I found. Solid build too. Anyone know how tall the stands should be for a 23' ?

I am glad Bill will be able to help. Would be great to purchase a set of everything so we can post it all here for the public to use free.

A heated power washer will remove a lot of "time" off most anything.

Thanks again for joining our little group of CM lovers!

If this warm weather keeps I would like to give it a try. Sister lives there and plenty of room. Rich
