I have new spreaders on order for my CM26. Next question is how should I rig them? Does my upper shroud need to be unmovable in them or should they be allowed to slide?

I like them pretty tight but just barely moveable. That way you can get the mast up and use a pole to adjust them. They should be angled so the tips are slightly higher than their base to take the load off the mast.
