CM21 project boat almost giveaway

Good day,

For many reasons this boat never got off the ground.  Bought after another in the same position sold it to me.  He had already started the re-build.  Sails have been stored after being refurbished in humidity controlled area.  The trailer is in good shape.  Wood has been cleaned up and beautiful wooden rudder.  Boat stored indoors under my helm, but had been left out prior to me purchasing.

Boat sailed in California-Baja.  Been in Michigan for 30 years.  Asking $500 and you come get it.

Your best bet is Craigs list.  Good luck!  Hard to move a sailboat with snow on the ground.
