Attention Mark 27' Catalina

The one I posted pics of is currently listed at $15,500 but needs a bottom job.
I might be able to negotiate the price down to $12.5 or $15k, and do the bottom job next AZ winter.
That one does not have a trailer so I would have to rent one and drive across the US x 2 plus the associated costs. Imagine I could hire a trucking company but I'm not buying a boat sight unseen.
The AZ Catalina is gorgeous! Sailboat shop is consigning her and they are closed on Mon & Tuesdays.
I should know by Wed. whether or not I'm buying her.
My boat is not moving at $4,250 dropped from an admitedly high orignal asking price of $4,950.
Only 2 emails and 1 phone call, no serious inquiries, though. I should be able sell it at that price in the AZ market, though.

I knew the boat I posted a link to is not really feasable for you Mark. Just thought it a good comparison to the one you are interested in. Also a good price confirmation that if the broker you mentioned wasn't involved you could get it for around 13k probably.

I always feel better buying something when i can have similar comparisons. I keep looking for and hoping not to see a boat like the one we just bought for a better deal. So far so good.
